Princeton Ventures partners with great entrepreneurs to provide capital and resources to help them grow their businesses and reduce risk. We manage a flexible pool of capital that allows us to invest up to $2 million per company and lead larger financings ranging from $5 million to $50+ million by co-investing with other venture and strategic investors in our network. This approach provides us with enhanced flexibility in structuring investments that best position companies for long-term success. It also allows us to invest across a broad range of industries and in companies at various stages of development.

HOW WE WORK WITH COMPANIES
We build relationships with entrepreneurs over time. The vast majority of the conversations we have do not immediately lead to a partnership; instead, we are highly selective in finding businesses in which we want to invest and leaders who value our ability to help them. If the timing is right and there is mutual interest in proceeding, we will do our diligence, suggest terms under which an investment may be possible, and then work to complete the investment with capital from our network of co-investors. Our ultimate goal is to find an entrepreneur the ideal partner for his or her business.
